Congratulations to the Varsity Lady Eagles players, coaches, and staff on a phenomenal 14 - 0 district race finish. With tonight's win over Vista Ridge the ladies finished a full 3 games ahead of the next best team in the district and claimed sole possession of the 5A Region II District 16 Ladies Basketball crown for the 2009 - 2010 season!

Also, congratulations to all other Lady Eagles teams (JV, Frosh White, Frosh Blue) and their coaches as they also ALL finished with a perfect record in district play!

The combined record for all teams makes the Lady Eagles 45 - 0 in District play! WOW!!! What a feat ladies!

Each and everyone one you should be proud of all the hard work and effort you put into this year as it has definitely paid off!!! One of the Lady Eagles once told me "we might not be the most athletic team, but that only causes teams to underestimate just how hard we will work for a win ... and we WILL work harder for a win than any team." How very true that is! Way to go ladies!!!
